Another arrest made in Homicide Investigation in Macomb, Police still need public’s help

The Macomb Police Department has made another arrest in conjunction with the 533 N. Johnson St. homicide investigation.
The Macomb Police Department, in cooperation with several state and local agencies, have developed probable cause for the arrest of Demond E. Wilson Jr. (male, born 5-30-97) of Calumet Park, IL. An arrest warrant was issued for Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm (720 ILCS 5.0/24-1.2) with a bond set at $750,000. Wilson has been taken into custody, without incident, and booked into the McDonough County Jail.
This remains an on-going investigation and we need the public’s help. Attached is an image of a witness investigators need assistance identifying.

This person is not a suspect; however, we believe him to have important details pertaining to the incident at 533 N. Johnson St. If you know this person, call Crime Stoppers at 309-836-3222, give the information, and, as always, you will remain anonymous.
