Exclusive Health Insurance Opportunities Available for Chamber of Commerce Members

In partnership with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, local Chamber members are now able to enroll in health insurance plans for small businesses, explains Vice President of Sales with United Health Care Mike Telesky:

“The level funded portfolio and what is being offered through those community chamber programs is our full portfolio. Over 1,600 plans are available for groups and their benefit brokers to choose from. They can pick the right plan and the right number of plans to offer to their population so everybody has a plan that is going to fit their personal, individual needs. Premium wise, it shifts for a small business from under 50 employees into a level funded space and can be up to a 25 percent savings alone just for that shift into level funding. Then there is a 5 percent discount on top of that for being a member of the Chamber. Really, this is just about achieving three major objectives, which is to help lower costs for Chamber member businesses, helping to personalize the experience for employees to have better health for a healthier outcome, and ultimately a simpler experience for the Chamber members and for the employees in their family.”

Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Pam Gaither encourages small business owners to reach out to their local insurance agents. More details can be found here: Illinois Community Chamber (uhc.com).
