Two Monmouth-Roseville students were recognized at the Board of Education meeting for their recent successes outside of the classroom, shares Superintendent Ed Fletcher:

“I publicly recognized Naloni Santos for being selected the All-State Junior High Classic in basketball. She is a Junior High student who was selected for that. I also informed the Board about one of our High School students, Caleb Strange, was recognized as a GAVC November Student of the Month in law enforcement. It is my understanding he plans to join the Navy after graduation.”

For those high school students interested in learning a trade skill, the Monmouth-Roseville Board of Education pays tuition costs for those students attend the Galesburg Area Vocational Center.
