Share

The Monmouth-Roseville Board of Education approved the purchase of new kindergarten through 8th grade instructional material, reports Superintendent Ed Fletcher:

“We have a curriculum team, Mrs. Morrison and Mrs. Freitag, who are our co-curriculum directors. The Board approved the purchase of these. It was a six year purchase. What we have done with all of the curricular materials that our teachers need is we have them on a rotation. We just did some math. Now we are doing English-Language. We have also done science and social studies recently. We have purchased new materials at the buildings that needed it. We have a system in place now to do this.”

The Board has also approved a $305,500 project to install a concrete parking lot at Sunny Lane Field.
