The Fourth of July celebration is in the books, now planners in Davenport are getting ready for the RAGBRAI. This is the 50th anniversary of the bike ride across Iowa, and that means a big party when the riders reach Davenport. RAGBRAI organizers have planned several concerts for cities along this year’s path, including a Spin Doctors concert to start the race, and a Lynyrd Skynyrd show in Des Moines. Davenport’s concert for July 29th has yet to be announced.
