The Buchanan Center for the Arts has set a goal of $1.8 million for their ongoing capital campaign to renovate the second floor of the BCA, as well as set up and endowment to fund future programs, explains Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert:

“We will have a second gallery, a theater space, a permanent collection room, a second classroom, an elevator, and two ADA accessible restrooms. We are super excited about being able to move into that space. We will fundraise through 2026 and begin construction in 2027 to 2029. We will cut the ribbon during 2029, which is the 40th anniversary of the Buchanan Center for the Arts.”

The Buchanan Center for the Arts services the residents of Henderson, Mercer, and Warren Counties.
