Knox Co. Sheriff’s Office Enters Into Agreement With Abingdon

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is entering into an agreement with the City of Abingdon.  The Sheriff’s Office will provide Law Enforcement services within the City, as well as an investigator to investigate certain crimes that require specialized training.  The City of Abingdon will still maintain ownership of the current Law Enforcement building and keep it as an annex for the Sheriff’s Office.
