Fighting Scots’ Stefanova, Labicki Named Tennis All-Conference

Monmouth College tennis players Ivana Stefanova (Streamwood, Illinois) and Natalie Labicki (Antioch, Illinois) were both named Midwest Conference All-Conference. Stefanova was named All-Conference for both singles and doubles while Labicki made it for doubles.

Stefanova has been singles All-Conference in all three seasons while earning doubles honors in 2023. Labicki was the 2022 Newcomer of the Year and this is her first All-Conference selection.

As a doubles team, Stefanova and Labicki reached the semifinals last weekend at No. 1 doubles in the MWC Tournament. Stefanova also reached the semifinals at No. 1 singles and Labicki won the consolation at No. 2 doubles.

As a doubles team they won nine games in the fall season, including wins at the ITA Regional in St. Louis. Labicki has 30 career doubles wins while Stefanova has 26. Stefanova won eight singles matches in the fall season and has 27 career singles wins.
