Here’s the WMOI/WRAM Athletes of the Week for the week ending November 30th, 2025:
The Monmouth-Roseville Titan Athlete of the Week is boys wrestlers, sophomore Aldo Gutierrez Valezquez and senior Nikolai Snyder. Also and Nikolai won two, non-forfeit matches in their first meet of the season. Each of them also garnered a pin on the night, as well. Both Aldo and Nikolai were also each victorious by way of major decision.
The United Red Storm Athlete of the Week is junior boys basketball player, Kellen Boone. In a win over Fulton at the Orion Tip-Off Classic, Kellen filled up the stat sheet with 10 points and 17 rebounds for a double-double. He also handed out five assists. For the entire week, Kellen averaged 9 points and 8.5 rebounds a game.
The West Central Heat Athlete of the Week is sophomore boys basketball player, Graham Kelly. What a great start to the season for Graham at the ROWVA/Williamsfield Thanksgiving Tournament. In three games, he averaged just under 20 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2 steals a game, all team-highs. Graham exploded for 35 points in an 18-point win over the tournament hosts.
The Galesburg Silver Streak Athlete of the Week is senior boys basketball player, Keigen Crummer. Keigen posted a career-high 20 points in a season-opening blowout win over Limestone. It wasn’t his scoring alone that helped the Streaks get the victory. Keigen also filled up the stat sheet with 5 rebounds, 6 assists and was a menace on the defensive end with 6 steals.
The Abingdon-Avon Tornado Athlete of the Week is sophomore boys basketball player, Ryker Darst. The Tornadoes have gotten off to a blistering start to the season, going (4-0) and Ryker has been a big part of that. He led the team in rebounds, assists and steals for week. Ryker also scored in double figures in two of those games.
