This Friday, April 17th, the West Central Parent Teacher Committee is hosting a fundraising event for the new playground at the elementary school. Superintendent Stacey Day offers more details:
“Our PTC group has their big fundraiser of the year coming up and it is called “SINGO.” It will be at The Barn down the road from the high school and the elementary school. It is like BINGO, but with songs. We are going to do the greatest hits of all times. You pay $20 and you get a BINGO sheet that has two BINGO cards on it to play, they will play a clip of a song, and if you have it you mark it on your sheet. We have prizes for the game, we have a silent auction, and they are doing a dinner beforehand. All the money then goes toward the PTC and the elementary playground.”
Dinner will begin at 6 pm with SINGO starting at 7 pm at the Barn at Fairview Acres.
