The registration deadline is quickly approaching for the Warren County YMCA’s Camp Meskwaki Summer Day Camp, informs Youth Development Director Biancha Luna:
“If you plan for your child or children to come to Camp Meskwaki Summer Day Camp, make sure to get registered before Friday, May 15th. Our first round of t-shirt order will go out and then after the 15th the second round will get put through,” shares Luna.
“Camp runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. It will be from June 1st until August 7th. We do everything from taking small trips around the community to big field trips out to the Fun Station and Fun City, and The Discovery Depot. We go swimming every day in our outdoor pool before the public gets there, lots of crafts, STEM, just keeping the kids busy so when the parents come pick them up, they are tired and ready for bed,” Luna adds.
Additionally, the Pattee Outdoor Pool will open May 30th for the 2026 season. Hours of operation are Mondays through Saturdays from noon to 6 pm and Sundays from 1 to 5 pm.
