Story by Parker Cassidy
The Monmouth-Roseville softball team is looking to bounce back after dropping three games over the past week.
The Titans now sit at (5-18) on the season, with one regular season game left tonight at Sherrard. Monmouth-Roseville fell to Sherrard 4-2 last week and will look to avenge that loss before turning their attention to the regional quarterfinals next Monday.
Head Coach Jarrod Hippen shares the theme for his squad as tournament time nears.
The Titans drew a first-round matchup with Erie-Prophetstown, who they faced back on April 24th in a 16-1 loss.
Monday’s regional quarterfinal is scheduled for a 4:30 first pitch in Prophetstown.
