The United Red Storm baseball team has been rolling over its last 10 games, putting together an 8-2 record during that stretch.
United has been doing it in dominant fashion too, as the Red Storm have not had to play a full seven-inning game since game one of their LTC West Division doubleheader with Abingdon-Avon back on April 11.
United now turns its attention to this weekend, where they’ll host another LTC West doubleheader against ROWVA-Williamsfield.
The Red Storm are currently perfect in conference play at 4-0, meaning a sweep this weekend would officially clinch at least a share of the conference title.
Though there are conference title implications on the line, Head Coach Ryan Molek says the team isn’t focused on that.
Game one of the doubleheader between United and ROWVA-Williamsfield is scheduled for 11 a.m., with game two to follow.
