The World Cup is back in North America for the first time since 1994. Teams are arriving at training sites across the continent as Group Stage games for the global soccer tournament begin on Thursday. The opening game is in Mexico City with Mexico taking on South Africa before the U.S. team kicks off on Friday for their opener against Paraguay in Los Angeles. The tournament features 48 countries from around the world and will be held in 16 cities across North America with eleven of them in the U.S, three in Mexico, and two in Canada. The final will be held in New York at MetLife Stadium on July 19th.
