Continuing its commitment to customer protection, Security Savings Bank recently enhanced their system, upgrading their fraud monitoring technology to safeguard customer accounts and assets. Meanwhile, the bank is also investing in greater convenience for its customers. Vice President Dorothy Ricketts shares plans for the addition of a drive-up ATM:
“We are in the process of installing a drive-up ATM at our Monmouth drive thru. We have repaved a lot of that drive up area and when we get the drive-up ATM installed, it will also, in the near future, be able to accept deposits. We are stepping up in that technology, so our customers that aren’t able to access the bank during standard banking hours, they have the ability to deposit both cash and checks into that ATM.”
