According to Warren County Treasurer Danielle Cox, her office is preparing for the second installment of property taxes, which is due Friday, October 30th. Two rounds of tax revenues have already been distributed, with a third to follow the second installment deadline and additional distributions will continue monthly through the end of tax season.
“I did my first distribution at the end of August. That distribution came in at $27,305,273.68. Then I wrapped up my second distribution at the beginning of October. That one came in at $2,587,524.57. So, after this next installment due date on October 30th, I will start prepping for my third distribution and then monthly there after. I will continue monthly distributions until the end of the tax season.”
The final day to pay property taxes in Warren County with all fees applied is January 12th. The tax sale occurs the following day.
