Galesburg Public Library is hosting a job fair for teens on Saturday, May 24th, from 1:00-4:00 PM in our Community Room. We hope to offer teens the opportunity to meet with representatives of local companies interested in hiring workers for the summer and beyond. Our Employment Specialist, Tulsa Talley, will also offer resources such as sample resumes, cover letter writing tips, and sample interview questions. Prospective employers will have a table from which to chat with interested teens, ask and answer questions, and offer applications for open positions. Please note that if you have limitations for hiring, such as only hiring teens age 16 or 18, that’s okay!
