Monmouth College Alum Dave Mann Sharing His Visit to Vietnam This Thursday During Monmouth Associates

Monmouth College alum Dave Mann is returning to campus this Thursday, February 19th to share his journey of self-discovery as a Gold Star son of the Vietnam War during the Monmouth Associates Luncheon, informs Jen Armstrong, Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Fund:

“He is returning to campus to share his journey as a Gold Star son of the Vietnam War. His father passed away 56 years ago and this program, he travel through Vietnam. He did his trip in December of 2025. He was with eleven other Gold Star sons and daughters as part of the 2 Sides Project. He met with these sons and daughters form the North Vietnamese side and visited sites where their fathers passed away.”

Mann’s presentation this Thursday is free and open to the public, but there is a fifteen dollar charge per ticket to eat lunch at the event. Monmouth Associates will take place in Mellinger Commons on the lower level of the Center for Science and Business.
