Case Dismissed Against Man Who Threatened To ‘Shoot-Up’ Knox County Courthouse

Prosecutors in Galesburg are dropping their case against the man who deputies say threatened to ‘shoot-up’ the Knox County courthouse.  The sheriff’s office arrested 30-year-old Matthew Sullivan after authorities say he called up the courthouse and made threats.  He was calling about some of his open traffic cases.  The state’s attorney’s office made the decision to drop the charges last week.  No one is saying why.
