Knox County Woman Charged on Outstanding Warrant for Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine

On Tuesday, March 14, 2023 Detectives with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Galesburg Police Department, Monmouth Police Department, and the FBI TOCC-West Task Force went to 380 West First Street, Galesburg, IL and located Amy L. Gerstenberger for a valid Knox County Warrant. Through further investigation, Detectives located approximately 11 grams of methamphetamine and baggies used to package methamphetamine for resale.

This arrest was the result of an ongoing joint investigation between all listed agencies.

Amy L. Gerstenberger, 40 years of age, Galesburg, IL was charged with the following charges:

  1. Knox County Warrant for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine 15-100 grams with a bond of $500,00.00, 10% to apply
  2. Unlawful Possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver 5-15 grams

Gerstenberger was transported to the Knox County Jail to await issuance of bond.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
