Are You at Risk for Colon Cancer?

According to the CDC, colon cancer is the fourth most common cancer for men and women and Eagle View Health System Director of Quality Stacy Waddell encourages getting screened:

“We have a screening tool available on our website, that is www.eagleviewhealth.org. Anybody can onto the website and do the colon cancer risk assessment for free. Then just on a normal basis, there are several things we can do throughout our normal lives to help prevent colon cancer, which would include just trying to eat healthy, limit alcohol, get exercise, and things like that.”

March is National Kidney and Colorectal Cancer Awareness month.
