The Illinois basketball team won its first game in the NCAA tournament. They are advancing to the second round after beating Morehead State.

Guard Marcus Domask had just the 10th triple double in NCAA tournament history and the Illinois bench outscored Morehead’s 37-3.

Head Coach Brad Underwood says they will need that and more to beat the next team they face – 11 seeded Duquesne.

The Illini will play on Saturday.
