As a new year approaches, those goals of eating healthier and exercising more start to surface. Solvera Health Chief Executive Officer Patrick Caplis offers these tips:

“We recommend for everyone to walk at least a mile a day, eat fully colored fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Those three things are the catalyst for the rest of your health.”
