Detectives with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office arrested Blaine A. McKinney, 34, in Dahinda, Illinois.
McKinney was charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child in connection with an ongoing investigation conducted by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and he is currently being held without pretrial release.
Blaine A. McKinney, 34, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Knox County Jail.
