There is a Enhanced, level 3 out of 5 risk of severe storms south of Keosauqua Iowa, to Davenport, to Sterling Illinois Wednesday, with a level 2, Slight risk forecast farther north.
A level 4, Moderate risk has been introduced for central Illinois, including portions of Putnam County, IL.
Torrential rains are possible from late tonight through Wednesday afternoon, bringing a threat for flash flooding.
