- Hot and humid conditions are expected this week, especially for this late in the season. A Heat Advisory is in effect for counties approximately along and south of I-80 through Wednesday (9/2).
- Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible at times through the week. There is a Marginal Risk (level 1 of 5) for severe storms today and Tuesday, focused mostly north of I-80. Overall storm coverage through midweek is expected to remain low, with much of the area likely to receive little in the way of rainfall.
