West Harlem Avenue in Monmouth has reopened as phase one of the construction project has been completed. Public Works Director Brayden Bledsoe says phase two will begin soon:
“Just as a heads up, there may be a little disruption here soon because they are also going to repave from G Street to the bypass. That is good news. With that being said, it is just going to be an asphalt road. You are not going to see months of closures, it will be a lot shorter, but still a needed improvement there.”
