A trial date is set for the Mercer County School District superintendent accused of illegally accessing student medical records. Timothy Farquer’s bench trial has been scheduled for July 29th to the 31st in Mercer County. Authorities say police executed a search warrant at Mercer County High School in Aledo and the Mercer County School District Unit 404 office in Joy last September. Farquer and two other district employees were arrested on charges of unauthorized access to medical records, computer tampering and official misconduct.
