Local Business Owner Sarah Walters Excited to See Monmouth Become a Destination

Share

A strong downtown area and many successful businesses bring a community together. Local Market Alley Wines business owner Sarah Walters says the revitalization of Monmouth has really made the small town a destination:

“We are seeing a revitalization of our town and that makes me extremely happy and proud to live here and be part of that movement. We have so much in our small town; I think people underestimate our town. There is a lot of do in this town. We have great parks, we have the great YMCA, we have great eating establishments, we have a great library, the Buchanan Arts Center; we have so much, the History Museum. There are so many things to do here in this little tiny town that you can spend a day for sure, maybe even a weekend. I am hopeful that will continue to get out into the world so that people know they can come and we can be a destination.”
