Here’s the four-game football broadcast schedule for the upcoming weekend…..

Thursday, Sept. 7th- We’ll have our first 8-man football broadcast of the season as Shawn Temple and Jeff Ewing head to West Central High School in Biggsville for the host Heat’s home opener, with Peoria Heights coming to town. Hear the game on Sunny 97.7 WMOI, with the pregame show starting at 6:40.

Friday, Sept. 8th- On AM 1330/FM 94.1 WRAM, the (2-0) United Red Storm host the also (2-0) ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars for an important LincolnLand Small School Division showdown. Casey and Ron Grant’s WRAM pregame show will start at 6:40. It’s also Hall of Fame Night with the ceremony at halftime.

On Sunny 97.7 WMOI, the (1-1) Monmouth-Roseville Titans will try run their winning streak to 2 games with a home game against (0-2) Erie-Prophetstown at Coach Dobry Field in Monmouth. Shawn Temple and Jeff Ewing’s WMOI pregame show will start at 6:40.

Saturday, Sept. 9th- On AM 1330/FM 94.1 WRAM, the (0-1) Monmouth College Fighting Scots host the (0-1) University of Chicago for the Midwest Conference opener for both teams. Both teams have MWC championship title hopes and this will get one school a leg up on the other. Shawn Temple and Brent Dugan’s WRAM pregame show will start at 12:40, with kickoff at 1:00
