Efforts to fill the City of Monmouth’s City Administrator position continue as two special meetings were held prior to the latest City Council meeting, reports Mayor Rod Davies:
“We actually had two special meetings that we called to order; one at three o’clock in the afternoon and that adjourned and we reconvened at 4:30 pm for another special meeting. Those meetings were to interview potential candidates for the City Administrator position, something we are asking Council to consider. That process will move along and probably continue on into our first July meeting.”
The next Monmouth City Council meeting will be held Monday, July 6 at 6 pm inside City Hall.
