A man is accused of shooting and killing a woman in Burlington. Police say the victim was found shot Saturday night in the 15-hundred block of Agency Street. She was pronounced dead at the hospital. Authorities identified Kaysean Rice as the suspect. He was arrested in Mount Pleasant on multiple charges, including second-degree murder. Rice is being held at the Des Moines County Correctional Center.
