Lexi Naomi Davis, 41, of Galesburg, Illinois died 11:55 a.m. Sunday, April 7, 2024 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg with her mother by her side.

Lexi was born July 4, 1982 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the daughter of Charles E. and Sheridale (Hopping) Davis. Lexi is survived by her mother, Sheridale Davis of Galesburg; her paternal grandmother, Barbara Davis of Palmdale, California; aunts and uncles, Valerie and Mike Keough-Davis of Kingman, Arizona, Richard and Karen Davis of Santa Clara, California, Harold Hulse of Galesburg, Dale Davis of Palmdale, California, and Christy Wood of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and many cousins. Lexi was preceded in death by her father Chuck Davis on February 11, 2022.

Lexi resided at Plonka Terrace in Galesburg with her special family and those who loved and cared for her for so many years. She attended Thrive Community Services. Lexi had music in her soul and an amazing sense of humor. Although her thoughts and feelings were never spoken her blue eyes were the windows of her soul. Rest in peace baby girl.

Cremation will be accorded. No services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorial contributions may be made in Lexi’s memory to Plonka Terrace, 184 Maple Ave., Galesburg, Illinois 61401. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
